3. MOTION the Board of Selectman hereby affirms the Town of
Waterford’s election to continue with the tax and sewer D
the Town participated in last April and July
1, 2021.
The grace period (no interest) for all tax and sewer bills, except for landlords,
due January 1, 2021 will be deferred until April 1, 2021. Any landlord seeking
to participate in the Deferment Program must provide evidence to the Tax
eferment Program
for bills which come due January

Collector, by January 31, 2021, of being adversely impacted by the pandemic
on an application available from the Tax Collector’s office.
