4, Finance Department: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, in keeping with Section 3.08.010 of the purchasing
Ordinance to obtain quotes from Sourcewell Contract #120617-CMM with the
intent to procurea Cummins C50D6c, Generator from the Regional
Representative, Cummins Sales and Service in the amount of $31,676.54.
4a. To consider and act on the request for the WUC’s request to reallocate funds
from CIP project In-Line Wastewater Solid Grinders (acct 33120-55821).

4b. To consider and act on the request to transfer request to move funds from
account 33120-55821 to anew CIP account.
4c. To consider and act bid award to Cummins under the cooperative purchasing
ordinance, pending approval by the BOF to approve the transfer request
5. Finance Department: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, in keeping with Section 3.08.010 of the Purchasing
Ordinance-Cooperative Purchasing quotes obtained from Sourcewell Contract
091216-CBR and 060920-PMC with the intent to procure a Chassis and Body for a
Sanitary Truck. This replaces Vehicle number $26 License Plate 76 WED, as
scheduled in the Fleet Management Plan. The purchasing department is seeking the
Board of Selectman’s approval to have these items purchased from Curbtender-
Truck Body $142,641.00 and Peterbilt-Truck Chassis $132,250.00.
6. Finance Department: BID AWARD - To consider and act on a
recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, of behalf of the IT
comunittee, for the Bid Award #20-113 reopened on October 15, 2020 for the
Goggle Chromebooks and Licensing, in the amount of $216,750.00 be awarded to
CDW Government LLC.
7. Disposition of Town Property (Ordinance, Chapter 3.08.020 section
2.112.020): To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent.

8. Planning and Zoning: To consider and act on a recommendation from Abby
Piersall, Planning and Zoning Director, to declare the office furniture listed, wood
laminate computer L shaped desk, rolling stand, steel chair, as surplus. The
furniture will be replaced by new office furnishings for the Municipal Facilities
Manager in the Department of Public Works.

9c. To consider and act on the re-appointment of Dorothy Concascia to the Youth
