Call to order & Roll Call- at 9:01AM 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. MOTION the Board of Selectman hereby affirms the Town of Waterford’s election to continue with the tax and sewer Deferment Program the Town participated in last April and July for bills which come due January 1, 2021. The grace period (no interest) for all tax and sewer bills, except for landlords, due January 1, 2021 will be deferred until April 1, 2021. Any landlord seeking to participate in the Deferment Program must provide evidence, to the Tax Collector by January 31, 2021, of being adversely impacted by the pandemic on an application available from the Tax Collector’s office. MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous Board of Selectman Special Meeting December 31, 2020 4.
