Public Works: To consider and act on a request from Gary Schneider, Public Works Director, for the following In-Series transfer: FLINETFEM: || LINE DESCRIPTION = [FROM | 10130-51520 | Highway Maintenance $42,365.00 10130-51530 | Refuse Collection & $42,365.00 Disposal : MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 5. Police Department- To consider and act on a request from Brett Mahoney, Police Chief, for additional appropriations of $16,566.00 to purchase a generator for the regional police boat, Bid Award #20-114 to Crocker’s Boatyard Inc. MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 DISCUSSION: Brett Mahoney, Police Chief reported the generator is required to operate the boat. East Lyme is aware of the generator needing to be replaced and assuming half responsibility. 6. Adjournment- MOTION was made by Ms. Nazarchyk and seconded by Ms. Sabilia to adjourn at 5:17pm.
