Present: Glenn Patterson (BOF), Paul Goldstein (RTM), Rob Brule (First Selectman), Kim
Allen (Director of Finance)
Other: Gary Schneider (Director of Public Works)
1) Meeting Called to order at 8:02 am.
2) Per Town Ordinance 3.17.060:
To consider and act on a request to approve the purchase of a new Dumpster Truck for
$400,000 for the Department of Public Works.
Motion by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve $400,000 to
purchase a new Dumpster Truck for Public Works pending additional research on the
feasibility to lease.
Vote: Unanimous
3) Adjournment
Motion by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson to adjourn the meeting at
8:13 am.
