Present: Glenn Patterson (BOF) via cellular, Paul Goldstein (RTM), Rob Brule (First
Selectman), Kim Allen (Director of Finance)
Other: Marc Balestracci (Chief of Police)
1) Meeting Called to order at 8:02 am.
2) Per Town Ordinance 3.17.060:
To consider and act on a request to approve the purchase of a new Administrative
Police Vehicle.
Motion by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the transfer of
Car 24 to the First Selectman and the purchase of a new Car 24 (PD Administrative
Vehicle) for $56,818.
Vote: Unanimous
3) Adjournment
Motion by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson to adjourn the meeting at
8:06 am.
