Board Members Present: Marilyn Lusher, Chair, Gregg Swanson 
Board Members Absent: Mike Buscetto

The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. The meeting was called to order 
at 4:19pm.  
 
All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher and Gregg Swanson. The following 
decisions were made: 
 
Colonis, Harry P – 35 Paula Lane 
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $206,670 
 
Property 806 LLC/Jarvis Peddicord – 804 Hartford Turnpike 
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $135,240 
 
Shervin, Michael J & Schrayshuen, Lynn M – 6 Roxwood Road 
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition 
 
Woodward, Richard – Woodward Landscaping 
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $6,730 
 
The minutes for the March 2, 2021 meeting were accepted as read. 
 
Motion by Gregg Swanson to cancel the March 10th meeting as all appellants have been heard.  
Seconded by Marilyn Lusher. Motion passed unanimously. 
 
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:13pm
