Board of Assessment Appeals 15 Rope Ferry Road Waterford, CT 06385 Phone: (860) 444-5820 Fax: (860) 444-5819 Board of Assessment Appeals Special Meeting Minutes Date: Thursday, September 2, 2020 Time: 5:00pm-6:30pm Place: Ascessti Board Members Present: Marilyn Lusher, Chair, Mike Buscetto Board Members Absent: Gregg Swanson Staff Present: Paige Walton, Assessor, Kelcie Sullivan, Secretary The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Thursday, September 2, 2021. The meeting was called to order at 5:00pm. All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher and Mike Buscetto. The following decisions were made: Levine, Eric — 2018 Acura RDX Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $18,770 Bergin, Joseph & Marissa — 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $3,850 Kennedy, Maurene — 2006 Toyota Corolia Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $1,000 Karr, Bruce — 2003 Ford Ranger Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $1,000 The minutes for the March 9, 2021 meeting were accepted as read.
