Present: Glenn Patterson, Bill Sheehan, Ron Fedor, Robert Tuneski
Absent: Joseph Filippetti, Michael Rocchetti, Josh Kelly
Staff: Kimberly Allen, Director of Finance; BOE Director of Finance/Operations, Joseph
Mancini; BOE Superintendent of Schools, Thomas Giard
1. Establishment of a quorum and call to order
‘A quorum was established and the Special Meeting of the Board of Finance was called to
order at 6:03p.m. July 22, 2025.
To consider and act on a request from the BOE Director of Finance/Operations, Joseph
Mancini, to appropriate $278,500 from designated line #20560-57893 (Great Neck Field
Improvement) and forward to the RTM if required.
Motion by Bill Sheehan and seconded by Robert Tuneski to appropriate $278,500 from
designated line #20560-57893 (Great Neck Field Improvement) and forward to the RTM
as required.
Vote: 4-0-0 Motion: Passed
. To consider and act on a request from the BOE Director of Finance/Operations, Joseph
Mancini, for an additional appropriation in the amount of $71,500 to line #20560-57893
(Great Neck Field Improvement) and forward to the RTM if required.
Motion by Bill Sheehan and seconded by Robert Tuneski to additionally appropriate the
amount of $71,500 to line #20560-57893 (Great Neck Field Improvement) from the
Unassigned Fund Balance of the General Fund and forward to the RTM as required.
