1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES : oo
R. Muckle called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. =
2. APPROVAL OF THE May 26, 2022 MEETING MINUTES
Motion: Motion made by T. Maidelis, second by W. Thomas to approve the May 26, 2022
meeting minutes.

3. APPLICATION REVIEW
#C-22-5, 861 Vauxhall St. Extension, Pedestrian Foot Bridge, Old Barry Farm, Recreation &
Parks, Owner & Applicant - Review of draft permit.
Motion: Motion made by W. Thomas, second by D. Lersch to approve as written.
Vote: 7-0-0

5. CONSERVATION OUTREACH
Commissioners will submit additional photos and staff will work on the link for the website.
6. VIOLATIONS
1122, 1124 Hartford Turnpike, Unauthorized fill, grading & deposition of materials adjacent to
inland wetlands.
Staff discussed a site inspection with the property owner and issuance of a notice of violation
requiring corrective actions within 14 days and a submission of a plan showing the extent of
activity conducted within 45 days of receipt. The commission agreed with the time frames.

No additional comments from the commission.
