The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. The meeting was
called to order at 5:35 p.m.
All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher, Lee Couture, and David
Peabody.
. The following decisions were made:
1. Susan Parish - 2018 Subaru Impreza
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously, no change in assessment
2. Greg Attanasio - 2017 Dodge RAM 1500
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $1 19,715
3. Debbie St. Dennis - 2013 Honda Accord
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $6,860
4. Mark Adams - 2013 Mazda CX-5
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $6,125
5. Robert Hecker ~ 2012 Acura TSX Wagon
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $6,665
6. Gary Lenoce - 2020 Toyota RAV 4 LIM
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously, no change in assessment due to failure
to appear
7. Kari Wiseman — 2015 Lexus LX570
“Amended for misspelling of vehicle name in item 7

a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $34,265
The minutes for the March 2, 2022 meeting were accepted as read.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm
