Regular Meeting Minutes
Date: Saturday, April 1, 2023 Place: Waterford Town Hall, Large Auditorium Room, 15 Rope Ferry Rd
Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Board Members Present: Marilyn Lusher, Chair, Lee Couture, Cathy Gonyo, Jerry Porter
Board Members Absent: John Morgan
Staff Present: Paige Walton, Assessor, Jacquelyn Jackson, Secretary
The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Saturday, April 1, 2023. The meeting was called to order at
10:14am.
All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher, Lee Couture, Cathy Gonyo and Jerry
Porter.
The following decisions were made:
1. Edwards, Howard – 2011 Toyota Camry SE
Decision: The Board voted unanimously, no change in assessment due to failure to appear.
2. Bozzini, Enrico & Laurie – 12 Beach St East
Decision: The Board voted unanimously, no change in assessment.
3. Bozzini, Enrico & Laurie – 13 Valley Street
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $208,560
4. O’Neill, Gayle & Owen – 156 Butlertown Road
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $98,620
