The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Wednesday, February 22,
2023. The meeting was called to order at 3:17 pm.
A motion was made by Lee Couture and seconded by Jerry Porter to
approve the meeting minutes from September 15, 2022. All in
favor, the motion passed.
The Board went over the revaluation and hearing process.
A motion was made by Cathy Gonyo and seconded by Lee Couture

to hear commercial, industrial, utility and apartment property
appeals assessed over one million dollars. All in favor, the motion
passed.
The Board selected the hearing dates for the April sessions. The
dates are as follows:
Saturday, April 1, 2023 10 am-3:00 pm
Monday, April 3, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
Tuesday, April 4, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
Monday, April 10, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
Tuesday, April 11, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
Saturday, April 15, 2023 10 am-3:00 pm
Monday, April 24, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
Tuesday, April 25, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
Wednesday, April 26, 2023 5 pm-8:30 pm
The meeting adjourned at 4:09 pm.
