Present: Glenn Patterson (BOF), Paul Goldstein (RTM), Rob Brule (First Selectman), Kim Allen
{Director of Finance), Gary Schneider (Public Works Director), and Garon Vanoverloop
(Public Works)
1) Meeting Called to order at 8:30 am.
2) Per Town Ordinance 3.17.060:
To consider and act on a request to approve the purchase of a new chassis in the amount of
$122,789 for vehicle H51 for the Public Works Department.
Motion at amend amount to $145,432 by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson
Vote: Unanimous
Motion to approve purchase of new chassis for $145,432 for H51 for the Public Works
Department by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson
Vote: Unanimous
3) Adjournment
Motion by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Glenn Patterson to adjourn the meeting at 8:39 am.
