Minutes of Regular Meeting
Tuesday, July 14, 2026
The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm.
Present Members: John O'Neill, Matthew Tucker, Skip Adams.
Absent Members: Melissa Jessuck, Gina Rubin Eileen Olynciw and Justin Pezzolesi.
Appointment of Alternates: M. Tucker for E. Olynciw
Public Comments: None
Minutes: Motion by Tucker, Seconded by Adams to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting of May
12, 2026
Voting in favor: Unanimous
Waterford Historic Properties- Ongoing Maintenance: Nothing to report.
Nevins Cottage: No report
Eugene O'Neill Theater Center: Discussion of the Dept. of Agriculture grant recently reported in the
New London Day.
Cemeteries: J. O'Neill described work done by the volunteer cemetery group in Durfey, Mullen Hill and
Church/Williams cemeteries.
In other business, the group discussed changes that could be considered to the Delay of Demolition
Ordinance.
Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 7:35pm Adams motion, Tucker second.
