Regular Meeting Minutes

Date: Thursday March 19, 2026
Place: Waterford Town Hall, Assessor’s office, 15 Rope Ferry Rd
Time: 5:30pm

Board Members Present: Marilyn Lusher, Chair; Jerry Porter, and Cathy Barnard
Staff Present: Jessica Hewitt, Secretary

The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Thursday, March 19, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 5:30pm.
A motion was made by Cathy Barnard and seconded by Jerry Porter to approve the minutes from the September 10, 2025 meeting. All in favor, the motion passed.

Appointments scheduled for the March 19th meeting were conducted as scheduled and the following decisions were made:

A & G General Quality Services LLC
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Accept late declaration submitted by Appellant as reviewed by Assessor.

63R Scotch Cap Rd
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce appraised value to $226,400

17 Westwood Dr
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. No change in assessment.

And All Tuneski Mechanical Services LLC
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Accept late declaration to be submitted by Appellant as reviewed by Assessor.

Airgas USA LLC
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. No change in assessment.

110R Bloomingdale Rd
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce appraised value to $336,700.

16 Manatuck Dr
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. No change in assessment.

38 Windward Way
Decision: The Board voted unanimously. No change in assessment.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
