Pursuant to CT State Statute 7-255, to consider and act upon the Raftelis recommended 
quarterly rates to take effect on January 1, 2027, as follows: Tier I, Facility Service Charge 
of $43.20 per quarter per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) and Tier II, Consumption Charge 
of $5.81 per one hundred (100) cubic feet (CF) as presented at the August 25, 2026 Public 
Hearing and forward to the RTM as required by Waterford Code of Ordinances 13.08.020.
