Chairwoman Gonyo called the meeting to order at 5:32pm. W. Mackenzie was seated for W.
Herzfeld and J. Kohl was seated for J. Morgn.

Motion made by E. Brown, seconded by M. Kripps, to approve the minutes of the
March 4, 2026 meeting as written.

Application #ZBA-26-7 - Appeal of Jeanne L Mitchell Trustee, owners and applicants at 43
Myrock Avenue, R-20 zone. Variances are requested from zoning regulations: Section 4.4.1
Front Setback and Section 4.4.2, Side Yard Setback, as shown on plans titled “Architectural Site
Plan” dated 21 September 2025 last revised 11/15/2025.

application ZBA-25-7.
