The subdivision known as Waterford Landing in Waterford, Connecticut was approved
by the Town of Waterford Planning and Zoning Commission on April 4, 1990 and filed with the
Waterford Town Clerk, with the subdivision maps receiving files numbers 2934 through 2999
inclusive. In accordance with Connecticut General Statute Section 8-26c, subsections (c) and
(d), approval of this subdivision has expired. Accordingly, the Town of Waterford Planning and
Zoning Commission hereby files this notice of subdivision expiration on the Town of Waterford
Land Records and with the Town of Waterford Town Clerk.
