Establishment of a quorum and call to order

A quorum was established and the Regular Meeting of the Board of Finance was called to order at 7:00p.m.
June 10, 2026.
Public Comment: none
Approval and acceptance of minutes:
‘Motion by Bill Sheehan and seconded by Michael Rocchetti to approve the minutes of the May 27, 2026
Regular Meeting as presented.
Vote: 5-0-0 
Motion: Passed
Perform a year-end Capital Projects review.
Capital Project quarterly reports are reviewed by the Board of Finance throughout the year to stay updated
with Town work. The 4" Quarter Capital Project report will be more telling of the status of current projects.
Board members agreed that a review of the Capital Projects review policy may be necessary.

Liaison Reports: Oswegatchie Fire House Building Committee ~ Robert Tuneski announced that the
building permit was received on June 10, 2026 so construction will begin immediately.

Finance at 7:36pm.
