Waterford Town Hall RE GENVEAD) Attn: Conservation Commission APR 1.0 m76 15 Rope Ferry Road anal © Ds Sia et own of Waterford, CT Waterford, CT 06385 . RE: 12 Perkins Farm Road Violation 2024 March 19", 2026 Please confirm that the personal use and mowing restrictions put in place are being properly implemented. Based on the visuals, both the front and back of the improperly cleared space is being currently used for what appears to be dog training. As you can see, red flags have been placed along the front portion of the property, from East to West (clearly inside the area that was to be restored after it was improperly cleared.) Based on the descriptions, the space cleared is still being maintained to some degree and being used as an extension of personal space when the occupant was ordered to restore it to its natural state. It is also being used as a soccer field now as depicted in the attached picture. | would ask that some barrier (i.e. the fence that was removed) be replaced so the occupants cannot continue to use the cleared space for their own personal gain. This continues 2 years after the first complaint was submitted. This is not their space. Any dog containment and sports equipment should follow their property line and not encroach on the area designated restoration. Fines, barriers and accountability need to be enforced on the occupants of 12 Perkins Farm Road. Included are images dated 3/18/2026.
