The air conditioning coil at Station 1 has failed. Replacement of the system with a new system from Carrier was quoted
at $16,957. The oil burner has failed state inspection twice this year requiring repair.

Furnish and install new Carrier air conditioning system to replace existing system.
« Recover refrigerant from existing system per EPA requirements and dispose of old equipment in
accordance with local regulations.
¢ Perform a chemical flush on existing refrigerant lines and reuse where possible.
* Perform leak check and evacuation on new system prior to charging.
e Reconnect to existing electrical, ductwork, and low-voltage wiring.
e Furnish and install new Honeywell wall control.
¢ Test and commission system for proper operation.
Exclusions:
¢ Major modifications to existing ductwork.
¢ Electrical work beyond reconnection at the existing disconnect.
¢ Structural modifications.
¢ Controls/BMS integration beyond the supplied Carrier Infinity control.

This project was originally explored under prior administrations - to repair two damaged pilasters supporting the exterior
was on the East Elevation of the building. These pilasters brace the wall structure against wind-loads. Years ago these
structures became cracked and are separating from the exterior wall. The proposed repair would reconstruct and
permanently attach these, as well as, epoxy stitch cracks in the masonry exterior walls of the structure.
