RE: Proposed Affordable Housing Development 109R & 131 Clark Lane 
This letter is in regards to the proposed affordable housing development at 109 R and 131 Clark 
Lane. I want to share with the Planning and Zoning Commission the importance of having in 
Waterford affordable housing. Our young adults that are attending college in state are staying 
in the area hoping to have an apartment, a home, at an affordable price. Our young adults that 
are attending college out of state are returning home and need affordable homes. Our seniors 
that are aging and need a smaller property, need affordable homes. Our adults with disabilities 
need affordable homes. This location is central with shopping areas, community center, senior 
center located closed by.  
I am in favor of this development as it will bring affordable housing to Waterford and provide 
residents with access to homes.
