I represent 1721, LLC, the owner of 430 Mohegan Avenue Parkway and 23B Old
Norwich Road in Waterford, Connecticut. On behalf of my client, 
I am submitting the enclosed
Affordable Housing Application for a 24-unit residential development on the above referenced
property pursuant to Section 8-30g of the Connecticut General Statutes. 
In addition to the
proposed Site Plans and other application materials, we are enclosing an application fee in the
amount of $660.00 as specified by your planning staff.
I would request that this application be placed on the next available agenda of the
Planning & Zoning Commission for review and action. To the extent that the Commission elects
to hold a public hearing in this matter, please advise as to the selected date and the methodology
for any required notice to neighboring property owners.
