The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. No alternates were appointed.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: To discuss pending litigation entitled Kobyluck vs. Town of
Waterford Conservation Commission
Motion: 
Motion to go into executive session made by D. Lersch, second by M. Keatley at 7:00pm.

Motion: 
Motion to leave executive session with no votes taken made by D. Lersch, second by M.
Keatley at 8:45 pm.
