CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by acting Chairman K. Kriet at 6:30 p.m. D. DeNoia was seated for T. Maidelis, M. Shea was seated for R. Muckle. 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Motion: Made by M Shea, seconded by D. DeNoia to approve the February 27, 2025 meeting minutes. Vote: 3-0-1 [I. Plis abstaining] 3. NEW APPLICATIONS C-25-04: 150 Butlertown Road — Residential subdivision and new construction: Owner/ Applicant - Owen & Gayle O’Neill Gayle O’Neill reviewed the proposed residential construction with the Commission. The proposed lot will have frontage that contains inland wetlands. The subdivision plan proposes an access easement over the existing bridge and driveway crossing. A new driveway extends south off the existing driveway and is located outside of the upland review area. Utilities are proposed to connect to the existing transformer. No disturbance to the existing wetland crossing is proposed. Motion: Made by D. DeNoia, seconded by I. Plis that the proposed construction does not involve regulated wetland activity. Vote: 4-0. 4. APPLICATION REVIEW No discussion. 5. OTHER BUSINESS No discussion. . CORRESPONDENCE Notice of Non-Compliance: Permit #C-24-1 0, 81 Miner Lane — issued March 17, 2025 Conservation Commission Meeting April 10, 2025, Page 2 of 2 M. FitzGerald reviewed the unauthorized clearing conducted at the site and the required corrective actions. The property owner has responded and agreed to comply with the corrective actions. 7. PAYMENT OF BILLS - The Day - $101.88 Motion: Made by M. Shea, second by I. Plis to pay the bill. Vote: 4-0. 8.
