Sent: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 3:19 PM Good afternoon, Maureen - I've attached the plans revised per your review comments. We've added a forebay to the basin and relocated the dumpster as you suggested and added notation with regard to the basin construction for bioretention. With regard to the roofing material, it will likely be a standing seam metal roof which is typical for the pre-manufactured steel buildings. The medium in the basin as described on sheet 1 will help to attenuate any potential metals you may be concerned with. We also note that there is significant overland flow Ian Cole is copied on this as well - he will be attending the meeting on my behalf because I will be out of state next week. Please let me know how many hard copies you would like, and I'll get them to you. Thank you - Norm Normand Thibeault, Jr., P.E. Killingly Engineering Associates
