Recreation and Parks for the disposal of the below outlived assets.

Finance Department Bid AWARD- State Project 0170-3513 Jordan Village
Improvement Project: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Public Works to approve a Bid
Award to B&W Paving and Landscaping LLC in the amount of $300,471.
Funds would be available from line item #2051 1-57856 Jordan Village Side Walks.

Public Works: To consider and act on the following request
for an appropriation of $1,705,358 from the CNR
Undesignated Fund #205-31520 to resurface several roads.
This request substitutes Gardiners Woods Road for Oil Mill
Road, If approved, please forward to the Board of Finance for
further consideration.

Public Works: To consider and act on the following request for an In
Series Transfer from the Public Works Director, Gary Schneider, in the
amount of $55,808.
