Finance Department Bid AWARD- Public Safety HVAC Removal and
Replacement #22-121: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Public Works 
to approve a Bid
Award Blizzard Mechanical LLC, in the amount of $27,000. Funds would be
available from line item #20511-57872 Public Safety Building Roof and HVAC.

Finance Department Bid Rejection- HVAC Repairs, Maintenance and
On-Call Services #22-111: To consider and act on a recommendation from
Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, to reject the expired bids.

Finance Department Bid AWARD- Fire Apparatus/Emergency
Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services Services Electrical Upgrade #22-
122: To consider and act on.a recommendation from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Fire Services to approve a Bid Award to the
two most qualified bidders, MES Shipman’s and Bulldog Fire Apparatus.

Finance Department Bid AWARD-123 2007 Seagrave 150 GPM Rust
Abatement Project #22-123: To consider and act on a recommendation from
Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Fire services to approve a
Bid to The Gowans-Kinight Company, in the amount of $56,690. Funds would
be available from line item #24207-54070 Vehicle Repair.

Finance Department Bid AWARD- Vending of Beer and Wine #22-
124: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Recreation and Parks Department to
approve a Bid Award to the two most qualified bidders, Whimsically Tipsy
and Nieves Hospitality.

Finance Department Bid AWARD- Plan of Preservation,
Conservation, and Development Update #22-116: To consider and act on a
recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the
Planning Department, to approve a Bid Award to FHI Studios in the amount of
$102,272. Funds are available from line 20511-57840 and line 10110-52030.

Fire Services: To consider and act on the following request for an In
Series Transfer from the Fire Services Director, Michael Howley, in the
amount of $95,000.
11. 
First Selectman’s Office: To consider and act on the request from the
First Selectman, Robert Brule to approve the Third Amendment Lease
Agreement, at 861 Vauxhall Street Extension between the Town of Waterford
and T-Mobile North East LLC, and to authorize the First Selectman to execute
and deliver all necessary documents.
