5, Finance Department Waiver- Reclamation of Town Roads: To consider and
act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent on behalf

Grading Inc. in the amount of $284,000. Line Item 20511-57877 Resurface
Roads, Lakes and Ponds, etc.

6. Finance Department Waiver- Otis Elevator Renovations: To consider and
act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent on behalf
of the Public Works Department, to approve a Bid Waiver to Otis Elevator
Company. in the amount of $249,965. Line Item 20511-57874 Elevator
Recondition Town Hall and Youth & Family Services.
7. Library- To consider and act on the following request for an In Series
Transfer from the Library Director, Chris Johnson, in the amount of
$2,621.
8. Finance- To consider and act on the following request for an Inter-
