Transfer from the Director of Fire Services, Michael Howley, in the amount

5. Appointments and Resignations:
5a. Amended: To consider and act on the re-appointment of George Harran to
the Flood and Erosion Board to fill theterm of 3/1/22 to 2/28/27
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:

5b. Amended: To consider and act on the appointment of Ryan Healy to the
Waterford Shellfish Commission to fill the term of 1/6/22 to 1/5/26

5d. Amended: To consider and act on the re-appointment of Eva Bunnell to
