Finance Department Bid AWARD- Comprehensive Banking
Services #22-110: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent in conjunction with the Finance Director Kim
Allen, to approve a Bid Award to People’s Bank United.
MOTION by Sabilia to Table, and seconded by Nazarchyk, VOTING IN
FAVOR: 
unanimous VOTE:3-0
5. 
Finance Department Bid AWARD- Oversized Bulk Waste Removal
and Disposal #22-125: To consider and act on a recommendation from
Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Public Works
Department to approve a Bid Award to CWPM LLC in the amount of
$405,000. Funds would be available from line item #10130-52470 Solid Waste
Disposal.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:

Finance Department Bid AWARD- Supply and Install 75”
Promethean Interactive Display Boards #22-127: To consider and act on a
recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the
Board of Education IT Department to approve a Bid to Pro-Av Systems
Inc, in the amount of $159,515.49. Funds would be available from line item
#20560-57822 IT Learning Boards End of Life.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:

7. Finance Department Bid AWARD- Removal of Metals #22-126: To
consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing
Agent in conjunction with the Public Works Department, to approve a Bid
Award to Connecticut Scrap LLC.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:
unanimous VOTE:3-0
8. Finance Department Bid AWARD- Preventative Maintenance and
Service for Town-Wide Generators #22-118: To consider and act on a
recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent in conjunction
with the Utility Commission, to approve a Bid Award to Northeast
Generator of CT Inc.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:
unanimous VOTE:3-0
9. Tax Collector- To consider and act on a recommendation from Alan Wilensky,
Tax Collector, to approve and sign the Rate Bill and Tax Warrant for the 2021
Grand List.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:

10 Library- To consider and act on the following request for an In Series
Transfer from the Library Director, Chris Johnson, in the amount of
$2,079.

1la. To accept the resignation from Nicole Giansanti from the Planning &
Zoning Commission Effective May 26, 2022.

Planning & Zoning Commission to fill the term of 3/28/2022 to 11/14/2026.
