3. Ratification of the Five Year Capital Improvement Plan: To consider and
act to ratify the First Selectman’s 5 year municipal improvement plan, in
accordance with Section 3.2.3 (c) of the Town Charter for the fiscal years
2026-2030.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING IN FAVOR: 2-1 PASSED
