CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH QUORUM:
Commissioner Dimmock called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. 
A Quorum was established.
PUBLIC INPUT- No public input
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Acceptance of the Meeting Minutes of September 2021 meeting.
MOTION: made by Commissioner Sheridan and SECONDED by Commissioner Brule to
accept the meeting minutes of September 13, 2021. The motion PASSED.
Acceptance of the Meeting Minutes of October 4, 2021 special meeting.

MOTION: made by Commissioner Brule and SECONDED by Commissioner Sheridan to
accept the meeting minutes of October 4, 2021 special meeting. 
Motion PASSED.
Acceptance of the Meeting Minutes of October 6, 2021 special meeting.
MOTION: made by Commissioner Brule and SECONDED by Commissioner Sheridan to
accept the meeting minutes of October 6, 2021 special meeting. Motion PASSED
CORRESPONDENCE:
A. Thank You from Ocean Beach Park for assisting with the road race.

Traffic Officer Nickerson reviewed the report with the Commission. Report was received.

OLD BUSINESS

NEW _ BUSINESS
A. 2022 meeting schedule was approved with one change to the October 2022 meeting to be held
on Tuesday October 11, 2022
MOTION was made to accept the meeting schedule for 2022 by Commissioner Sheridan, and
Seconded by Commissioner Brule. Motion PASSED.
B. B. On October 29, 2021 at 3pm there will be a ceremony in the Town Hall Auditorium for
Chief Mahoney’s retirement.
PRESENTATION:
LT. Silva will do a presentation on Redaction at the November meeting.
ADJOURNMENT.
MOTION was made to adjourn by Commissioner Sheridan, and Seconded by Commissioner
Brule. Motion PASSED, meeting adjourned at 5:35 pm
