Davy, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Director of Recreation and Parks,
Ryan McNamara, for surplus disposal of Asset #9204031596, a 1999 Parker
Trailer SA7712, VIN # 13ZSA1215X1003489, Fleet Asset ID WFD155. This
item has outlived its usefulness to the Town and has been replaced according
to the Fleet Management Plan. This item will be sold via GovDeals Auction.

8. Appointments & Resignations:
8a. To consider and act on the appointment of Matthew Keatley (R) to serve
as a Member of the Waterford Shellfish Commission, for the remainder of
the term 1/6/2024-1/5/2028.

8b. To consider and act on the appointment of Matthew Keatley (R) to serve
as an Alternate of the Harbor Management Commission, for the term of
2/8/2026-2/17/2029.

2/17/2029” to “2/18/2026-2/17/2029” VOTE 3-0
