FLOOD & EROSION CONTROL BOARD
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
March 16, 2026

CALL TO ORDER. Mr. Hart called the Flood & Erosion Control Board Regular Meeting of March 16, 2026 to order at 6:01 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS. This Board received a Preliminary Plan of a new house construction at 4 Ridgewood Avenue. The Zoning Board of Appeals denied the variances requested for this parcel, and it was overturned by the Court.

It was noted that this property was on Alewife Cove. Ms. Darling stated since this property was on Alewife Cove at high tide during a storm the property can flood.

OLD BUSINESS There was no discussion of old business.
	
PLANS REVIEW No plans were received.

CORRESPONDENCE. 

The year-to-date budget reports for the Flood & Erosion Control Board for December, January and February were received and reviewed.

PAYMENT OF BILLS. There were no new bills received.

APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 17, 2025 MEETING MINUTES OF THE FLOOD AND EROSION CONTROL BOARD.
MOTION (1): Mr. Danskin moved to approve the November 17, 2025 Meeting Minutes
		   of the Flood & Erosion Control Board, as presented. Seconded by 
   Mr. Hart. Ms. Darling abstained from voting. (2-0-1) Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT.


MOTION (2): Mr. Hart moved to adjourn the Flood & Erosion Control Board		
  March 16, 2026 Regular Meeting at 6:15 p.m. Seconded by 
  Mr. Sterling. (3-0) Unanimous.
