‘September 20, 2023 ANNUAL SUMMARY OF WORK OF THE OSWEGATCHIE F/RE HOUSE BUILDING COMMITTEE As reported by the RTM Representatives appointed to tthis Committee PROJECT STSTUS 1. There is.no contract between the Town and the! Oswegatchie Fire House regarding the term of the agreement for the transfer of the property e the Town and an _ resin for the Fire Department to lease the building once completed. 2. The past 2 meetings were cancelled as a result of not having a sales / lease agreement. 3, The Purchasing Agency and our consultant are: vorking on an RFP for the architectural & engineering services. i 4.
