The Waterford Republican Town Committee respectfully requests that the Representative Town Meeting place in nomination at its meeting on December 1, 2025, the name of Rik Wells for a term on the Personnel Review Board. Rik has been on the board for over 30 years and has been the chairmen for 15 years. He brings a lot of knowledge to lead the younger members of the board.
