Per Waterford Ordinance 3.05.030 (Contributed Gifts Fund), all third party receipts over
$10,000 require the approval of the Representative Town Meeting.
Mr. Paul Eccard has donated $20,000 to the Recreation and Park Department to be used for the
treatment, rehab and continuing protection/maintenance of donated trees at Waterford Beach
Park. As directed, funds will be deposited into the Contributed Gift Fund and utilized to begin a
treatment plan of said trees and continuing protection that will ensure the continued health of
the trees located at Waterford Beach Park.
| respectfully request the RTM’s approval for the donation to be deposited into the Contributed
Gift fund under the Recreation & Parks to be used for the treatment, protection and
maintenance of trees located at Waterford Beach Park.
