Appropriation — Dell Computers off State Contract #13PS0280 ~ To
consider and act on a request for a FY24 appropriation, toward Capital Non-
Recurring designated line #20547-57882 (Computer Replacements), from the
_ Director of Information Technology, Jeff Robillard, in the amount of
$34,180.35 and forward on to the Board of Finance if approved.
. Information Technology and Board of Education Departments Bid
Waiver — Digital Sign Replacement for Waterford High School and Clark
Lane Middle School: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea
Davy, Purchasing Agent, to award Sign Craft, in the amount of $76,832, from
line # 20560-57842 for 2 new digital signs with the following breakdown:
¢ Waterford High School - $38,892
e Clark Lane Middle School - $37,940
Police Department: To consider and act on the following request for a FY24
In-Series Transfer from the Chief of Police, Marc Balestracci, in the amount
of $5,202 to cover the surgical expense of replacing a tooth on police K9, Tico.
Acquisition of 8 Goshen Road: To consider and act on the following:

7a. Authorizing the First Selectman to sign a purchase and sale agreement
for the town of Waterford to acquire 8 Goshen Road and forward on to the
RIM for final approval of the acquisition,
7b. To approve an appropriation in the amount of $385,000 including all
costs of acquisition of 8 Goshen Road and forward the appropriation request
to the Board of Finance.
7c. Approve a request to the Planning and Zoning Commission to conduct
a review, in accordance with CT General Statutes 8-24, of the acquisition of
8 Goshen Road.

8a. Doug Lawson resignation letter from the Waterford Shellfish
Comunission.
8b. Cathy Gonyo resignation letter from the Economic Development
Commission.
8c. Eddie Aledia resignation letter from the Economic Development
Commission.
8d. To consider and act on the appointment of Scott Gladstone (R) to the
Economic Development Commission to fill the term of 9/1/23-8/31/27 as an
alternate.
8e. To consider and act on the appointment of James Nicholas (R) to the
Economic Development Commission to fill the term of 9/1/23-8/31/27 as a
member.
8f. To consider and act on the appointment of Skip Adams (U) to the
Historic Properties Commission to fill the term of 11/1/23-10/31/28 as a
member.
8g. To consider and act on the appointment of Justin Pezzolesi (U) to the
