1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting commenced at 5:00 pm.

Motion: Motion made by C. Waggoner, second by N. Sugrue to accept the minutes.
Vote: 4-0
35 UPDATE OF CIVIC TRIANGLE PROJECT
* ADDITIONAL ACCESS DRIVE
J. Mullen briefly reviewed the current dredging work and the management of the excavated material.
J. Mullen reviewed a schematic plan for an access drive from Rte 156 to the Park and Recreation storage
building. He discussed the on-going efforts to reduce the footprint of the storage yard and allow room to
install 2 pickleball courts. The new access drive will be gated and used by Town personnel to access the
storage building. The design is being prepared by consulting engineers for the Town and Town personnel
will install the 12 ft wide crushed stone access.
Motion: Made by M. Furey-Wagner, second by C. Waggoner to approve a modification to the Town
Center Master Plan to include and proceed with the planning and development of an access drive
to the Recreation & Parks maintenance building from Rte 156.
Vote: 4-0
J. Mullen reviewed the inspection and management provisions developed in coordination with a
professional herpetologist to intercept and temporarily house turtles crossing Rte 156 into the pond
excavation area.
