May 4, 2021 Tom Dembeck RTM Moderator The Nevins Cottage is the poor orphan of Jordan Village. It is so sad to watch it deteriorate. It has great features and could be an architectural gem rather than a delipidated building that seems to highlight that Waterford does not care. There are many great ways to repurpose it as the location and parking are so suitable. Jordan Village is considered by many to be the center of Waterford. Hundreds and hundreds of peopie come through each day. Please show everyone that Waterford does care. Please provide the additional funds needed to restore the Nevins Cottage.
