Actions taken at the October 5, 2020 meeting of the RTM in regards to the published call. Full minutes

1. To consider and act upon a donation from the Waterford Parks Foundation, Inc. in the
amount of $14,000.
MOTION PASSED: Unanimous
2. To consider and act upon a recommendation from the Board of Finance for an
appropriation in the amount of $10,347.50 from Undesignated Fund Balance #205-
31520 to project #20537-57824 Waterford Beach Park Causeway for an outstanding
invoice to close out the project.
MOTION PASSED: Unanimous
3. Board of Education Budget Informational Workshop.

4. To consider and act upon a recommendation from the Public Protection & Safety
Standing Cormmittee of the RTM to add to the Waterford Code of Ordinances, Chapter
2.36 - VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS INCENTIVE PROGRAM.
MOTION PASSED: 21-1-2
5. To Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Public Works, Planning &
Development Standing Committee of the RTM to amend the Waterford Code of
Ordinances, Chapters 2.20 and 2.58 enabling the facilities manager position to be
moved from Planning Department to the Public Works Department.
MOTION PASSED: Unanimous
6. To Consider and act upon a recommendation from the Public Works, Planning &
Development Standing Committee, pending the outcome of its September 30, 2020
Public Hearing, to remove Chapter 15.26 — Blighted Premises from the Waterford Code
of Ordinances.
MOTION PASSED: Unanimous
7. To consider and act upon a vacancy on the Police Commission due to the resignation of
William Auwood. (08/05/2019 — 08/07/2023}

8. To consider and act upon a motion to discuss strategy and/or negotiations with respect
to multiple collective bargaining units in executive session.
