APPOINTEE REPORT - OSWEGATCHIE FIRE HOUSE - DATED 1-27-25
The Architectural consultants submitted plans for approval to the
Conservation and Planning & Zoning Commissions during the month of
January.
The Chairman of the Building Committee, Robert Tuneski, will deliver an
updated status report to the RTM on Feb.3",
The Project Management Consultant will provide the first cost estimate
for this project on February 4",
The Project Schedule shows construction starting in July, 2025 and will be
completed in one year.
The total amount spent to date for the consultants is $176,595
