RE: Ivy Hill Village PDD-2
Statement of Use:
Ivy Hill Village was granted a Site Plan approval by the Town of Waterford Planning & Zoning
Commission under Zoning Regulation Section 22. After Town approvals, field modifications were made to
the Unit building “type” and location.
The Site is a Common Interest Development with 40 separate residential units. 4 of 40 of the
residential structures are combined. Each Unit will accommodate 2 vehicles with a minimum of 18’
driveways.
The purpose of this submittal is to approve constructed units whose location deviated from the
approved plan and proposed Units. All units will be constructed in their dedicated building envelope.
