Hi Dave.
I spoke with Doug, attached is the email regarding the SeaGrant advertisement, Doug indicated that the budget
meeting is tomorrow so we don’t have anything other than the agenda for the budget meeting, he has not heard
back from the Town Attorney regarding the shellfish plan or lease renewals as of today - maybe next
month. Thanks for filling me in on the new protocol I will make sure you get everything you need with the

Please see Pete’s email below about the SeaGrant Responsible lawn care ad. We discussed this at our last meeting and
there was positive support for this ad (Sorry | cannot remember if we already voted on this, but thought we did). Melissa
and/or Judy can you confirm if we voted? Judy and/or Don D can you please confirm we have the money available to
support either scenario? The ad can either be run on Thursday or Sunday. The Sunday ad would cost $121.80 more than
the Thursday ad.
Please let us all know (reply aif) if you support this annual outreach effort and if you prefer Thursday or Sunday for the ad
to run.

Below is an e-mail quote for the SeaGrant Responsible lawn care public notice we have run the past
few years. The price has gone up a little, for the Sunday run, a 4 way split would be $305.45 for each
commission, a 5 way split would be $244.36 each. Please discuss with your respective commissions
to decide if you would like to participate. | think we could go with a Sunday March 21 or Sun Mar
28 run.

A Sunday run for a full page would be $1221.80, as opposed to the $1100 Mon-Thursday run.
Let me know which you would prefer. Thursday. 3/25 @ $1100.00 or Sunday, 3/28, @ $1221.80.

Last years ad was ran on 3/29 (Monday). it was a full page, color ad. Total cost was $1100. This price can be held this
year as long as the ad runs Mon-Thurs.
| would recommend running on a Thursday, as that is a popular paper due to the Grocery inserts being in that
day. 3/25 would be a good date.
