To Consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Fire Services, pursuant to the Board of Selectmen’s action on 9.6.22, to donate the old Holmatro tools to the Cohanzie Benefit Association. In Exchange, the Cohanzie Benefit Association would donate the following to the town; * Two Hydraulic tools, one cutter and one spreader © Multiple hose reels e A gas power unit . Finance Department Bid Waiver-ADP Timekeeping System: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent on behalf of the Finance Department to award the contract to ADP for purchase and implementation of the new ADP timekeeping system, in the amount of $33,525.80. Funds would be available in line item 10147-52043 Service Contracts Information. . Finance Department Cooperative Purchasing- Milling of Roads: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent on behalf of the Public Works Department to award the contract to Rafferty Fine Grading, Inc., in the amount of $44,835. Funds would be available in line item 20530-57877 Resurface Roads Lakes Pond Etc. . Finance Department Cooperative Purchasing- Paving of Various Roads: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent on behalf of the Public Works Department to award the contract to Charles Pasteryak Inc, in the amount of $341,875 Paving for Butlertown Road and in the amount of $169,650 for the paving of Lakes Pond Road, per state contracts. Funds would be available in line item 20530-57877 Resurface Roads, Lakes, Pond Etc. . Finance Department Cooperative Purchasing- Striping of Various Roads: To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent on behalf of the Public Works Department to award the contract to Safety Markings, in the amount of $52,461.26, per CRCOG contract #725. Funds would be available in line item 10130-55010 Town Aid Roads Improvement. . Utility Commission- To consider and act on the proposed recommendation from the utility commission on the new Waterford/East Lyme Wastewater Collection and Conveyance Agreement. This agreement memorializes the terms of wastewater conveyance from the Town of East Lyme into Waterford’s collection system for the next 30 years, and forward to the RTM. 10. Library: To consider and act onthe following request for an In Series Transfer from the Library Director, Chris Johnson, in the amount of $2,125. 11. Fire Services: To consider and act on a request from the Fire Services administrator, Michael Howley to eliminate outstanding accounts receivable debt for fire alarm fees (please see attached backup list of fees & Ordinance) 12. First Selectman’s Office: To consider and act on a recommendation from the First Selectman, Robert Brule, in accordance with the Connecticut General Statue 1-21, to approve the Board of Selectmen Regular Meeting dates and the Board of Selectmen Budget Dates for 2023 and submit the notification letter to the Town Clerk’s office. 13.
