Waterford Conservation Commission, Materials and more is requesting an extension to July 1 to complete the wetlands restoration. The debris has been almost all removed. Gerry, The wetland non-encroachment line from permit #10-03 needs to be shown. The area of disturbance and stockpiles north and west of the wetland also needs to be indicated on the restoration plan. Please be sure the plan addresses the required details in the Notice of Non-Compliance corrective action #2. I recommend the plan address the corrective actions. 2. Within 45 days of receipt of this notice, submit a restoration plan to the Waterford Conservation Commission which addresses restoration of the wetland and adjacent non-encroachment area to a stabilized vegetated condition. The restoration plan should include the surveyed wetland boundary, the extent of existing site disturbance, a detailed methodology for removing materials and debris from the 50 ft. non-encroachment area, a seeding and planting plan for exposed soils, and a re-planting plan for the affected wetland. The restoration plan will be reviewed by the Waterford Conservation Commission for approval or modification.
