Description of Proposed Activity

Description of Proposed Activity
The Williams School has submitted an application to the Town of Waterford Conservation Commission requesting approval to
conduct regulated activities within 100 feet of an inland wetland associated with the construction of a new athletics team and
facilities building.
The planned improvements consist of a 2,400 square foot footprint building and attached pavilion and patio, and associated
driveway, building utility services, storm drainage, lighting, and landscape improvements.
The building will be served by the existing on-site water supply well system and subsurface sewage disposal system, and public
communication, and electric utilities. All utilities will be installed underground.
The site work associated with the project includes erosion and sediment control, site preparation, clearing and grubbing,
excavation, building foundation, grading, storm drainage, utility service, exterior lighting, and turf establishment construction.
