The planned improvements consist of a 2,400 square foot footprint building and attached pavilion and patio, and associated driveway, building utility services, storm drainage, lighting, and landscape improvements. The building will be served by the existing on-site water supply well system and subsurface sewage disposal system, and public communication, and electric utilities. All utilities will be installed underground.
