Long Range Fiscal Planning Committee
Annual Report
The Long Range Fiscal Planning Committee (LRFPC) met 7 times in 2021.
The Committee discussions began with a broad range of subjects to determine
where the attention of work should be. Following several meetings, it was
determined that there should be five (5) areas of focus:
a) IT
b) Staffing
c) Fleet Management
d) Capitol
e) Building Maintenance
Subsequently, after reviewing these areas, it is considered that Fleet Management
is the obvious subject for initial discussion since it has been a considerable amount
of time since a study of the town-wide fleet has been conducted.
The process for update of the Fleet Management Plan is expected to begin with
the appointment of the members of the LRFPC following the December Meeting of
the RTM.
